Do employers need an account?
No. Recruiters can open the published proof asset without login when you choose to share it.
Is publishing automatic after analysis?
No. Analysis and publishing are separate. Hervat creates the draft application state internally, but no public link exists until you explicitly publish the preview.
How does recruiter outreach work?
Recruiter contact goes through Hervat relay on the recruiter-ready asset, so the candidate stays in control of exposure and contact flow.
Can I see recruiter activity without exposing personal recruiter details?
Yes. Asset activity is tracked at the engagement level so you can see views, download interest, and relay activity without turning Hervat into a marketplace profile directory.
How long are discovery logs and outreach records retained?
Recruiter access/search logs are retained for 90 days. Outreach content is retained while active and up to 90 days after closure/decline before purge.
