HERVAT - Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for digital reports, rewrites, and apply packs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • AI-generated reports, resume rewrites, cover letters, deep-dive reports, and company snapshots.
  • Failed hiring outcomes or change of mind.
  • Once a report or artifact is generated, it is considered delivered.

Refunds Allowed Only For Technical Failure

  • A refund may be granted only if the system failed to generate your report, no artifacts were delivered, and Hervat cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • No refunds for user error, poor-quality input files, incorrect uploads, or dissatisfaction with AI style or content.

Payment Disputes

  • Contact Hervat support before filing any payment dispute.
  • Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension, removal of entitlements, and legal action for recovery of costs.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds (rare) are processed through the original payment provider.
  • Processing time depends on the provider (Paystack, Stripe, etc.).

Changes to Policy

  • Hervat may update this refund policy at any time.
